Welcome to the Spring Meadows 2024 Church Retreat registration page. Please read the following steps carefully to complete your registration.
Step 1: Download the registration form and fill it out using Adobe Reader and save the completed/filled form to your computer.
Step 2: If paying online, make your selections in the cart below and check out and take a picture or a screenshot of your completed payment. REMEMBER: Golf cart is a per day price and must be added multiple times if renting for multiple days. NOTE: If not paying online, state how you are paying in your email to Cindy Startz in Step 3.
Step 3: Email the filled out PDF form Cindy Startz by emailing: retreat [at] springmeadows.org. If you paid online, include your receipt or picture of your completed online payment in your email. Please include the grand total amount paid in your email.
