2019 – Island of Dominica (church construction, VBS, medical work in hospital and dental clinic, women’s programs)
2018 – Colina Ecologica – Bolivia (church construction, VBS, eyeglass clinic,started 2 Pathfinder clubs started)
2017 – San Pedro de Marcoris, Dominican Republic ( VBS to the children, an eye clinic, and construction on a local school through the SDA Union of the DR)
2017 – Diné, Arizona (VBS to the Navajo children, an eye clinic to the community, and construction on Navajo homes)
2016 – Iquitos Peru (construction, medical and eyeglass clinics, VBS)

Las Palmas Orphanage – Dominican Republic
- Tem & Judy made 6 December trips to bring Christmas to the 130 children at the orphanage – took clothes, toys, candy, toiletries, etc. for each child
- A few Winter Springs members went along each time to help
Cabinetry – Las Palmas Orphanage – Dominican Republic
- Tem made numerous trips to put cabinetry in the orphanage homes
